Each submission must meet the following requirements to be considered.
EDITORIAL REQUIREMENTS
The selection must show variety in poses, angles, compositions and visual rhythm.
VISUAL VARIETY
NUMBER OF IMAGES
Each submission must include between 6 and 12 photographs.
VISUAL NARRATIVE
All images must be from the same session and tell a cohesive visual story.
TECHNICAL QUALITY
Images must be submitted in JPG format, at 300 dpi and high resolution. The longest side of the image must be at least 3,000 pixels.
EDITORIAL CONCEPT
Each submission must include a title and a brief description of the concept or story behind the editorial.
Include the full names of all participants as you wish them to appear in the magazine.
Include Instagram accounts. You may also include other social media accounts for promotional purposes.
It is the sender's responsibility to carefully verify names, last names, stage names and social media usernames before submission.
Once an editorial is accepted, any request for correction or modification of credits will be subject to an administrative fee of $15 USD.
CREDIT INFORMATION
Include a brief introduction of the person submitting the proposal.
Share your nationality, experience, creative background and creative vision.
This may be the photographer, model, stylist, designer or any key member representing the project.
All submissions must be sent through a shared Google Drive folder.
The folder must include:
The editorial photographs
A PDF or Word document with the complete credits
The editorial concept or description
The profile of the person submitting the proposal
Please ensure the folder has access permissions enabled before sending your proposal.
